Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However,  if it doesn't work out, we will gladly accept items returned within 10 days of receiving your package.

To return, an item must:

1. Be unworn, in its original condition.

2. Have return tag, as originally attached.

3. Have branding tag(s), as originally attached.

4. Be in original packaging.

If we receive any item(s) that show signs of wear (makeup marks, animal hairs, deodorant marks), or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund, or store credit on the returned item(s). 

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We also do not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund.

The return parcel must be received within 7 business days from the date of return authorization for all refunds. Once your return shipment is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.  Any item returned that does not meet all of the above criteria will not be processed.
