Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders totaling $150 or more.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@shopunfrm.co

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays.

We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the delivery company.

We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
